These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Swad Express ( Prop. Manoj Kumar Agarwal ) and the ordering of food through our service, including orders placed via the IRCTC eCatering platform. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our service

Swad Express facilitates the ordering and delivery of meals to railway passengers, prepared by FSSAI-certified partner kitchens along your train's route. For orders placed through IRCTC eCatering, the IRCTC eCatering terms also apply alongside these terms.

Placing an order

You agree to provide accurate journey details — PNR, train number, coach, seat/berth, and station — so your order can be delivered to the right place.

An order is confirmed once payment is successful (for prepaid orders) or the order is accepted (for Cash on Delivery, where offered).

You are responsible for being reachable on the mobile number provided at the time of delivery.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes and any delivery charge. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. See our Payment & Refund Policy for details.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations are handled as described in our Cancellation Policy , and refunds as described in our Payment & Refund Policy .

Food quality & safety

We work only with FSSAI-certified kitchens and take reasonable steps to ensure food is prepared hygienically and delivered fresh. If you have any concern about an order, please contact us promptly so we can address it.

Limitation of liability

Delivery depends on the running and halting of your train, which is outside our control. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by changes to train schedules, route diversions, incorrect details provided by you, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with its effective date, applies to orders placed after that date.
