Order & journey details — your name, mobile number, email, and the delivery details needed to bring food to your seat: PNR, train number, coach, berth, and station.

Payment information — payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials on our servers; Razorpay handles them under PCI-DSS standards.

Usage information — basic technical data (such as device and browser type) used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your information

To prepare, deliver, and provide support for your order.

To process payments and issue refunds where applicable.

To comply with our obligations under the IRCTC eCatering programme and applicable law.

Sharing your information
